Collections

Weddings - As my past brides all tell me they started out just comparing prices but soon realized it was about much more, personality, passion, quality and dependability. They found all that and more with us. Our collections start at $2061+tax.

Photobooths - So much fun! We set up a Photobooth with lights and a backdrop. Stock it with fun props. One-photographer, all images are edited and put online. Collections start at $750+tax, discounts for booking with a wedding.

Corporate Events - Our one or two-photographer Collections start at $550.

How we come up with our pricing.

I know its hard to understand why photography costs what it does, as there is so much you don’t see.

For every hour we photograph we spend 2 – 8 hours afterwards editing, sorting, archiving etc. For a typical wedding we spend 30 – 80 hours of work from start to finish. Not including answering emails, preparing shot lists, attending rehearsals, scouting locations, and chatting with your grandma on the phone explaining how to use your web gallery...don't get me wrong I love Grandmas!

It costs me $850 – $1,850 per wedding for licences, insurance, advertising, second shooters, assistant, props, snacks, accountants etc.

Then there is the cost of albums, prints and other products you order, high quality products come with a high price tag. Oh and it does not take in to count the $40,000 of computer programs, photography equipment etc. We can’t forget about the 5 years of university, and classes I take every year to upgrade my skills.

We also sponsor various events and every year we donate our services to make the world a better place and to photograph people that could never afford it. Thank you to our clients that support us and enable us to do this year after year.

We think its important for you to know how I come up with my pricing. We feel that these photos where the heirlooms you will pass on to your children and the albums you look at as your memory faded and you grew old together. Its funny how the older you get the more important photographs become.

How is Orange Frog Studio different from
the other 4000 photographers in victoria?

    •    Passion! My full time job, and one of My Loves. Its just as important that I pick you as you pick me. Part of me
          goes into every photograph, and it gets mixed with you. The art we create, the story we tell, is a mix of the
          artist and the subject. I'm lucky that we are so busy that I get to pick my clients.

    •    Our photographers are fun and full of personality, and we not only attend the event, but we add
          to the experience by creating memorable moments and capturing them forever.

    •    We strive to make everyone feel special and capture what is unique about you. We tell your story your way.

    •    We know how much time you spent picking out the perfect accessories, and we make sure to document them.

    •    Webgallery of all your guests can go on and see the photos. You will love this! How many times have you
         attended a wedding and leave with no images of the couple. Sometimes never being able to even
         see any photos of the wedding, your guests will have full access.

    •    I think Rick (one of the brides fathers last year) said it best when he came to thank us at the end of the night        
         "Most photographers distract from the wedding, you made it better by being here, thank you."
         Thats when I feel so luckey to have the best job in the world.
