All of our packages are custom-designed.
You will receive a worksheet that tells you what services we offer. Then you pick what you want and don’t pay for
anything more! The price of your package will be determined by what you want and need!
Weddings - Our two-photographer packages start at $1,595+tax - so we have something that fits into everyone's
budget. We only book one wedding a day, so dates fill up fast. Book early to avoid disappointment!
Family - Our one-photographer packages start at $199+tax for up to 6 people.
Events - Our two-photographer packages start at $250 per hour.
Why are photographers so expensive?
When you have never had to look for a photographer its easy to say. How much does it cost. And I understand
thats the only thing you can compare, I get it.
I think its important for you to know how I come up with my pricing. I know when I talked to photographers for my wedding I felt like they pulled their pricing out of thin air. Photography is important to me as I feel that these photos where the heirlooms I would pass on to my children and the images I would look at at my memory faded and we grew old together. Its funny how the older you get the more important photographs become.
For every hour I spend photographing, I spend 3-5 hours archiving, editing, sorting, uploading to ftp sites.
For example, a 10-hour wedding photo shoot requires 30 to 50+ hours of work, not to mention all the client
meetings, answering emails, preparing shot lists, attending rehersals, scouting locations, and the time actually spent photographing.
On top of that, there are added expenses – licensing fees, business licences, accountants, advertising costs, sample albums, thousands of dollars of camera and computer equipment, computers, creating custom DVD slideshows, backup equipment, hardrives, paying second shooters, assistants, not to mention my 5-year degree from the University of Manitoba! Continusley educating and updating my skills so I can keep current.
