Sandra and Kyle's Beautiful Olympic View Golf Club Wedding
May 20, 2012 was definitely a day to remember. Everyone had such a great time at the Olympic View Golf Course Wedding. I have personally known Kyle and Sandra for quite a long time now. In fact we have a nickname for Kyle (Salsa) and I had a hard time not calling him by that name the whole day. Kyle is such a heartfelt, kind person with a great head on his shoulders and Sandra is strong and very organized, beautiful and talented. It’s the mix of the personalities that makes this relationship so special. I enjoy them both so very much. Its obvious that this couple poured their hearts into the wedding, and wanted to make it really special for their family!
It was a different day for me starting out with the girls at the hair salon. It really did give me a new look at what they are dealing with. Girls have so much more to do on their wedding day besides just waking up and looking pretty. They have makeup and hair, and then lacing up their dress and making sure to eat as it’s a long day ahead, also handling any last minute wedding problems.
Let’s face it guys .. you have a shower, maybe shave, a bit of gel, put on tux and ummm yeah we're done. For sure guys have a lot more time in the morning to “get ready “. But one thing is for sure I never want to miss is the groom's face when he sees his bride for the first time. All the prep that the ladies do (however much it is) is always going to be worth every second they spend. Sandra and her girls, and TJ (bride’s man) looked incredible. Even though this wedding that was scheduled to be outside went indoors due to the grey clouds hovering over in the morning, it was and will always be one of my favourite weddings.
It was beautiful to see how the couple supported each other! When the day was getting a bit overwhelming, Kyle was able to calm his beautiful bride Sandra by placing his hand on the small of her back and flashing her a comfoting smile. We all really enjoyed the special couple time away from the guests to focus on creating touching images of just Kyle and Sandra.
It was refreshing to hear the stories on how this beautiful couple stays so special and connected. Like when Sandra wakes up early before Kyle goes to work, just so she can spend some time holding his hand.
So much detail from the candy bar and the amazing cake from Lighthouse Bakery and the killer DJ that played smoking tunes from the 90's and up, great food prepared by the best chefs at the Olympic View Golf Course and personal touches everywhere. Details Event and Wedding Planning was behind the scenes making sure everything went perfectly. I did overhear them squeal with excitement as they where setting everything up.
Thank you both Sandra and Kyle Colley for allowing Orange Frog Studio Inc to be a big part of your wedding.
