Engagement at Fort Rodd Hill
Robbie decided to surprise Sarah with an engagement session for Christmas. The day before the session I got to tell Sarah over the phone. She squealed with delight and you could hear the excitement in her voice when I told her. I have a feeling Sarah is one of those people that you love to give presents to as she is so appreciative.
I have to admit the way Robbie proposed was very unique. He had a puzzle made up of photos of them and some text. As they put the puzzle together 2 pieces where missing. Sarah found one on the floor was and was franticly looking for the missing piece before she read the text. Robbie asked her to just read it anyway and it said "Just like this puzzle I would not be complete without the last …" and Robbie opened the ring box and next to the ring was the last puzzle piece that read "piece".
I had so much fun walking around Fort Rodd Hill photographing them, the time just flew by. I joked that they are like the couple from Top Gun, (they are in the airforce and ride motorcycles). Robbie even had the right sunglasses.
I hope you have a fantastic christmas and a safe trip home to Nova Scotia. When you pick your date in 2012 remember we fly everywhere ;)
